How to reserve
Submit at least 5 business days before your event — and no more than 90 days ahead.

Submit your request
Open the booking form, pick your date and time, fill in the basics about your event. Submit at least 5 business days before the date, and no more than 90 days ahead.

Wait for confirmation
The council reviews each request. You will receive a confirmation email when it is approved — with a door code for the day. Without that email, the reservation is not valid.
- 03
Show up & leave it as you found it
Setup and cleanup happen inside your reserved time. Use the space, take care of the equipment, and return the room to the same condition you received it in.
Need a weekly or monthly series? The booking form supports recurring reservations — each occurrence is reviewed and confirmed individually.
During your event
Stay inside your reserved time
Setup and cleanup must fit within your booking window — the next group arrives right after.
Non-transferable
The booking is yours alone and cannot be passed to another group.
Handle equipment with care
Use the furniture and equipment for their intended purpose. Damage means compensation.
Keep participants safe
You are responsible for everyone who attends, and for following fire-safety rules.
Leave it as you found it
Return the room to the same condition you received it in.
No commercial use
No paid events, advertising, or sales of goods or services.
